Plano Convex Lens
Plano convex lenses are ideal for focusing parallel rays of light onto a single point. These lenses can be used in a variety of applications. They have a positive focal length, and they have a near-optimal appearance for infinite and finite conjugate applications. Plano-convex lenses can converge the collimated beam on the back focus, and can also turn a point light source into a collimated beam.
The lenses produced by GiAi are usually made of K9 glass, and their antireflection coatings are aimed at the wavelength range of 400-700mm. It is also processed by using ultraviolet quartz as the substrate. At this time, it has a good transmittance and a low coefficient of thermal expansion in the ultraviolet region. It can be coated with an ultraviolet AR film for use in special circumstances.
